Orchestration
Orchestration is a 90-day governed AI adoption programme for professional services firms in regulated industries. Executive-led. Compliance-first. Built so you can defend it to your board, your regulator, and your clients.
AI adoption across your organisation
Executive-led governance, cascading through every level. 90 days at a time.
The problem
ChatGPT is open on someone's desktop right now. Copilot is drafting documents with client data in them. No policy governs it. No one has sanctioned the tools. And if a regulator asked for your AI governance framework tomorrow, the honest answer for most firms is: we don't have one.
The Privacy Act 2026 reforms have made this a compliance obligation. ASIC has issued direct warnings about AI use in financial services. APRA's operational resilience standards apply to any firm using AI in decision-making. This is no longer a boardroom talking point. It is a regulatory requirement.
The risk is not that your firm will adopt AI badly. The risk is that your people already have — and nobody is governing it.

The programme
Orchestration does not start with the workforce. It starts with one executive. They go through the programme themselves — real work, real governance, real agents. Only then does adoption move to the team. And then the organisation.
Phase 1
A senior executive goes first. Always. They get their own agent team built on their real work, a documented governance framework, and the confidence to defend it to their board. 90 days.
Phase 2
One to three senior people trained to operate and train others. They leave with the governance framework, the agent stack, and a rollout kit. They become the organisation's permanent AI leads.
Phase 3
Champions run the rollout. OTOT provides programme design, the agent stack, and governance oversight. Your trained people do the training. Two people trained to train sixty.
The methodology
Every phase follows the same five stages. Every participant goes through them in order. Nothing is skipped. Nothing is built before it is agreed.
Map real workflows. Surface security and data constraints. Agree what AI will and will not do. Nothing is built until this is signed off.
Configure the agent team for the participant's actual work. Not generic use cases. Test against real tasks with real data boundaries.
Walk through every agent using live work. The participant operates independently before moving on. No hand-holding after this stage.
Supervised use on real workflows. Agents tuned to how the participant actually works. Not how we assumed they would.
Outcomes reviewed against Stage 1 agreements. Governance summary produced. Clear decision on what is next — expand, extend, or stop.

What this is not
The agent stack
Every engagement includes a standard agent team configured to the participant's actual role. Where the sector demands it, custom agents are built for the specific regulatory and operational requirements of your industry.
Standard agents
Included in every engagement
Custom agents by sector
Built where the industry requires it
Insolvency
DIRRI drafting, creditor communications, ASIC lodgements
Legal
Precedent search, matter intake, billing narrative
Financial services
Board papers, regulatory change tracking, compliance reporting
Workforce management

Who it's for
Mid-market professional services firms in financial services, legal, insolvency, and advisory. Firms where staff are already using AI without governance. Firms where a regulator could ask for an AI policy next quarter. Firms where leadership knows they need to act before they are forced to.
If your industry answers to ASIC, APRA, or the Privacy Act — and your people are already using AI tools on client work — this programme was designed for you.
This is a conversation, not a sales pitch. We will walk through how the programme works, where your exposure sits, and whether Orchestration is the right fit for your firm.
