About OTOT

Principal-led. Deep expertise. No distance between you and the work.

OTOT is an agentic AI firm. We build the capability inside organisations to deploy and operate intelligent agent teams — permanently. The client ends up owning their AI capability. We make sure they know how to run it.

How we got here.

We've spent years inside professional service organisations — building systems, running operations, and watching teams spend enormous amounts of time on work that shouldn't require a human at all.

When agentic AI became capable enough to handle real operational work, we pivoted completely. Not to build products and sell licences — but to go inside organisations, diagnose what's actually slowing them down, and deploy agents that remove it.

Ian has built and run agent teams across dozens of organisations. Neil built the infrastructure that makes those deployments fast and reliable. Together, we've developed a structured methodology for doing this properly — not just fast.

Today, OTOT helps ambitious professional service firms build the AI capability they'll need to stay competitive. That's the whole job.

Ian Hammond & Neil Bourne.

Ian Hammond

Co-founder

Strategy, sales, advisory, and programme design. Ian leads every Orchestration and Enablement engagement directly — from the first conversation through to the point where the client is running their own agent team independently. He's deployed agentic AI across professional services firms, financial services organisations, and enterprise operations.

Based in Melbourne. Responsible for the methodology that makes OTOT's deployments repeatable at any scale — from a 20-person firm to a regulated enterprise.

Neil Bourne

Co-founder

Technical and delivery lead. Neil builds and runs what OTOT deploys. He's the architect behind Platform implementations, the person who turns operational requirements into working systems, and the reason OTOT can make commitments on technical delivery and keep them.

Neil doesn't present at pitch meetings and disappear. He's on every engagement, building alongside Ian from day one through to ongoing operations.

The short version.

Principal-led.

The people who advise you are the people who build for you. No senior-sell, junior-deliver. Ian and Neil are on every engagement, directly.

Process-first.

We diagnose before we deploy. Orchestrating bad processes just makes them faster. Enablement is how we make sure you change the right things — in the right order.

Built, not theorised.

Every piece of advice comes from direct operational experience. If we haven't built it, we don't sell it.

You own it.

The goal is a client who runs their own agent team independently — without needing OTOT in the room. Capability transfer is the product, not dependency.

OTOT stands for Own Time Own Target.

We work remote. We're available online. We set the target and we own it — no hand-holding, no micromanagement, no chasing us for updates. We do what we say.

That's how Ian and Neil have always worked. It's how the whole firm operates. And it's what clients get when they engage us.

The organisations that move first will be hardest to catch.
