Infrastructure, orchestrated.

About OTOT

Two people. Deep infrastructure expertise. No layers between you and the work.

OTOT is an orchestration firm. We architect and run the operational infrastructure that organisations depend on — platforms, data, intelligent systems, and the strategy that connects them.

How we got here.

We started as a HubSpot consultancy. Built systems, ran implementations, fixed what other agencies left behind. Good at it. But we kept hitting the same wall: the organisations we worked with had problems their tools couldn't solve alone.

They needed LMS, member portals, programme management, stakeholder structures that don't fit into standard CRM objects. They were running five, six, seven disconnected systems held together by manual work and good intentions.

So we built Orchestration — a disciplined way to deploy intelligent agent teams inside the tools an organisation already runs. And we built Exacto — a platform that extends HubSpot into the territory it can't cover natively, using Conekter's data integration infrastructure as the technology layer.

Today, OTOT makes complex infrastructure work as one system. That's the job.

ANZ

Based and operating, with platform reach beyond

Ian Hammond & Neil Bourne.

Ian Hammond

Co-founder

Strategy, sales, advisory, architecture. Ian is the person clients speak to first and throughout. He's spent years inside the membership and association sector — not advising from a distance, but building and running the systems these organisations depend on. He leads every client engagement directly, from the first conversation through ongoing operations.

Based in Australia. Direct, technically literate, more interested in what works than what sounds impressive.

Neil Bourne

Co-founder

Technical and delivery lead. Neil builds and runs what OTOT delivers. He's the architect behind Exacto deployments, the person who turns operational requirements into working systems, and the reason OTOT can make commitments on technical delivery and keep them.

Neil doesn't present at pitch meetings and then disappear. He's on every engagement, building alongside Ian from day one through ongoing operations.

Conekter — the platform behind Exacto.

Exacto is built on Conekter's data integration and orchestration infrastructure — a platform designed for exactly the kind of complexity that professional bodies and associations need to manage. Conekter provides the data layer and platform technology. We provide the architecture, client engagement, deployment, and ongoing operations.

OTOT owns the client relationship. We sell, scope, deliver, and support every Exacto engagement. Conekter is the technology partner whose platform makes Exacto possible. You get the benefit of both — enterprise-grade data architecture with principal-led delivery.

What Conekter provides

  • Object-based data layer and platform infrastructure
  • Data integration architecture

  • The relationship, from conversation to running system

The short version.

Principal-led.

The people who advise you are the people who build for you. No senior-sell, junior-deliver. Ian and Neil are on every engagement, directly.

Sector-literate.

We understand how professional bodies and associations actually work — stakeholder complexity, governance, funding models, member expectations. This is primary knowledge, not transferred from another vertical.

Built, not theorised.

Every piece of advice comes from direct operational experience. If we haven't built it, we don't sell it.

Architecturally honest.

We tell you what your systems can and can't do. We don't oversell a platform, understate a limitation, or recommend a rebuild when an extension will solve the problem.

OTOT stands for Own Time Own Target.

We work remote. We're available online. We set the target and we own it — no hand-holding, no micromanagement, no chasing us for updates. We do what we say.

That's how Ian and Neil have always worked. It's how the whole firm operates. And it's what clients get when they engage us.

Infrastructure problems don't solve themselves.

Ian and Neil are on every engagement. If you want to talk about what OTOT could do inside your organisation, the conversation starts here.
